The campsite in Trongisvágur is situated in peaceful surroundings near the local sports hall, playground, sports facilities, plantation and scenic walking areas. It is a convenient starting point for exploring Tvøroyri and the rest of Suðuroy.
The campsite has space for up to 12 motorhomes or caravans.
The price is DKK 220 per night and includes:

Tents may only be pitched at approved and designated campsites.
Visitors travelling with a tent are therefore asked to contact Visit Suðuroy – Tvøroyri before arrival for information about available tent pitches.
It is not permitted to pitch tents in the countryside, on municipal land or in other undesignated areas.
To protect the natural environment and ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, guests are kindly asked to observe the following rules:
Use only the designated camping or tent area.
Be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during the evening and at night.
Place rubbish in the designated waste containers.
Open fires are not permitted. Barbecues may only be used in designated areas.
Respect the natural environment, birdlife and grazing animals.
Dogs must be kept under control.
Leave all facilities clean and tidy.
Follow all signs and instructions provided by campsite staff.
Overnight stays in motorhomes or caravans are not permitted along roads, at lay-bys, parking areas or viewpoints.
The weather in the Faroe Islands can change quickly. Visitors are advised to bring waterproof and windproof clothing and to check the weather forecast before setting out on walks or excursions.
